Hearing Health: Prevention, Testing & Everyday Habits

Hearing wellness is broader than supplements. Protecting hearing, recognizing changes and getting appropriate evaluation are foundational.

Important: This page is educational, not medical advice. Dietary supplements should not be presented as treatments for tinnitus or hearing loss. Seek qualified medical care for new, sudden, one-sided, pulsatile, or otherwise concerning hearing symptoms.

Protect against excessive noise

Reduce avoidable high-volume exposure and use appropriate hearing protection in loud environments. Repeated noise exposure can damage hearing over time.

Do not ignore meaningful changes

Difficulty following conversation, needing higher volume, sudden changes or persistent tinnitus can justify professional evaluation rather than self-diagnosis.

Treat supplements as supplements

A supplement purchase should not replace evaluation or established care. If you choose one, use the same diligence you would for any product you ingest: label, dose, interactions, evidence and seller terms.
